Terry keeps saying we're not in a rebuild but in the next breath he says alot of our players are ageing, you have panelists talking about Liverpool not making the top 4 but then saying challenging is the goal. If I say that I want to be a professional footballer at 36 without ever kicking a ball is the goal does that make it achievable considering my life has been spent lifting and I'm 240lbs? The answer is NO. We've the same team yes but we've also got a few positions we need to improve in and we've been linked to Neto etc. Slot is a new manager taking over from a team that's had continuity for almost 10 years, the playing style of slot is possession based it's different and will take time to adjust especially the likes of Trent who have only ever known Klopp as manager bar the England set up.
