Earlier this year l lost a close friend, he was shot by police. Then my partner just dumped me,because l gained weight after a major life saving surgery last year. Set a Goal, think about what could help you to get there then write them down and take your time with each set to you complete. Not only can you made it happen and you will feel so much better about yourself because it was you that made a different.
I'm very happy that people like what I said and I hope so much that some of y'all are trying it because it does work a whole lot by writing down your goals then breaking them into smaller steps. Write down what kinda of goals that would help you better your life. Then sit back and look at it, now what do you need to do, what changes do you need to make. Ok, write them under your goal. Each time you complete each step then mark them off. Soon you will have your goal. Pretty cool right? Now I have a new thing I know this will help the ones that are not with their love ones being your children, brother, sister, mother, father, girlfriend, boyfriend, wife, husband anyone. Get a journal for each one that your apart from plus one for yourself. Now write their name on each journal even the one to yourself. Now when ever you want to talk to them and you can't get their journal out write in like their right in front of you so when your with them y'all can share the journal together and that way that special one knows that you never stop missing them. It works ( remember your not doing a dear diary. Each time you start write that person name.)
