Kokushibo was easily reacting to his attacks but tbf he reacts to pretty much everything. No other hashira got to 1v1 an upper moon while marked so it makes speed a little hard to scale there.
He got speed blitzed by Kokushibo's first attack so his reaction time is clearly slower than at least Gyomei and Sanemi.
And I'm not sure what hax he has that the others don't.

@@clasher138 Any Marked Hashira can easily killed Gyokko lol. UM 5 and 6 are the most weakest upper moon demon against marked demon slayer coz these uppermoon only relies on poison abilities. Marked one demon slayer has enhanced resistance on poison/demon blood and it enhance physical capabilities too.

Combat + attack speed - Shinobu. I mean she hit Douma in vital spots so fast he couldn’t react to it. Awesome combat and attack speed are kinda the same thing.
Reaction speed - Gyomei. Reacted to Kokushibo’s attacks.

Breathing Style is also Rengoku. It’s extremely powerful, and just because Water can be used for offense and defense means nothing. Maybe more use, but that’s all. It doesn’t compare to the destructive power of flame breathing.

Experience is not about age, it was about how many battle you experience since birth, so it goes to Tengen. Gyomei was only a babysitter before becoming demon slayer when he was 18 and he was 27 now(9 years combat experience). While Tengen was already undergo ninja/shinobi training and fighting/killing human since child before becoming demon slayer and he's 23 now(18 years combat experience)
What you're talking is battle iq. Most of the time someone older have more experience than a younger because he have experienced more things. Like for example killing a demon, going to beach and more.

Giyu was tired prior to the fight and stabbed himself after fighting akaza and getting far more injured than Obanai was with Nakime. My top 9 base hashira *with explanation*
1.) gyomei - kokushibou stated that in 300 years he never encountered a warrior as strong as gyomei.
2.) sanemi - kokushibou stated that gyomei and sanemi’s caliber is more far beyond than a level of hahsira”
3.) Rengoku - it’s funny on how people claiming that rengoku is weak just because he got killed by akaza. well any other hashira will looked weak as well if they face akaza alone. Just look what happened to giyu, akaza knocked giyu unconciuos and even giyu unlock his mark, still akaza almost donut him too. Rengoku is stronger than giyu because rengoku can fight akaza until sunrise even he got punch in the head and stomach twice. He even almost killed akaza. In the other hand giyu got exhausted in their battle even akaza didn’t do a lot of damage to him.
4.) Giyu - i don’t know but i’m sure he’s rank 4
5.) Obanai - it’s still hard to comapred obanai to the other hashira because he never fought an upperank but i do think he’s on rank 5 because he can fight muzan without the mark
6.) Tengen - tengen is weak, even himself knows that he’s weak asfuck, he’s just overated because of his cocksucker fans. he can’t even matches the strenght and speed of gyutaro. He even admit that he’s not gifted in talent comapared to the other hashira.
7.) Muichiro - muichiro is also weak, the fans was just overhyping him. The only reason why they calling him strong is because he manage to became a hashira at very young age. But to be fair, i mean yes he’s strong but he’s not strong as the other hashira, not yet! because he’s still young and still lacked of expirience, that is why gyokko almost killed him without the mark and even he unlock his mark, kokushibo clapped him very easy. remember?””

9.) mitsuri - for me she’s the weakest hashira in base form because she’s not aggresive at all
