It depends on how close it is too the window sill, If the radiator is approx 6 inches below the window sill, You could measure from 1 inch above the radiator, You need to make sure the curtains do not catch on the radiator and also come below the window sill to block out light and look in proportion to the window. It is personal preference so up to you.
When I order thr curtains onlins , do I pick one with 230 cm width and it would come divided into two sets of curtains to face each other or do I order 2 curtains, each 115 cm width so they make up 230 cm ?
