I got a Donner Dep 20 digital piano about a week ago… after 12 mins into your video and 1 hour 30 mins of practice I am playing from memory and with two hands 😍 I super appreciate the way you teach and I’m excited for my progression!
@@BrennanChilds I haven’t got anything to compare it to other than a child keyboard from 10 years ago 😅 but it feels nice to sit at and play! The only thing that bothers me is a thud sound when the keys hit the bottom, but when the sound is a regular level it can’t be heard. But as I’m learning I keep the volume super low 😅😂
@@FahimMalikOfficial yeah I hate that thud sound that keyboards make so I feel you! That’s also a perk of a keyboard compared to piano is that you can turn the volume down haha
@@BrennanChilds update: I can now play all the sections 😍 but my speed of playing through needs work and my timing on pressing the pedal (I started off just holding it down the whole time because my brain couldn’t multitask 😂)

One thing I realized is that... light plastic keys make this song way more difficult to perform. I always watched how your fingers sweep across your piano keys and I wondered... how does she do it?!?! 😂😂 But this tutorial is pure gold. I love both L. Einaudi and the way you explain it 🤗 and thank you!

Hey I learned this by ear and don’t have any sheets sorry! As far as memorizing I would just recommend repetition and learning it section by section 👍🏼

Great in-depth tutorial! I would like to add a couple comments and questions. Why was the C# used instead of D in the right hand for the D chords in measures 12 and 16? Perhaps just a stylistic judgement. I realize that this is a somewhat simplified version, so I understand why you chose not to drop the left had for the lower octave notes in the climax sections. Also, the chromatic runs transitioning to different sections are very nice, sorely missed elements that could use a tutorial to get the fingering right. Would you consider adding these two sections as an advance separate tutorial? Thanks!
Thanks! Yeah I settled on this arrangement because I liked the sound a lot and felt it was simplified a good amount at the same time. I’ll let you know if I do a part two to this video down the line! 👍🏼

Hey I learned this by ear and don’t have any sheets sorry! As far as memorizing I would just recommend repetition and learning it section by section 👍🏼

Great in-depth tutorial! I would like to add a couple comments and questions. Why was the C# used instead of D in the right hand for the D chords in measures 12 and 16? Perhaps just a stylistic judgement. I realize that this is a somewhat simplified version, so I understand why you chose not to drop the left had for the lower octave notes in the climax sections. Also, the chromatic runs transitioning to different sections are very nice, sorely missed elements that could use a tutorial to get the fingering right. Would you consider adding these two sections as an advance separate tutorial? Thanks!
Thanks! Yeah I settled on this arrangement because I liked the sound a lot and felt it was simplified a good amount at the same time. I’ll let you know if I do a part two to this video down the line! 👍🏼

Hey there!! Sorry for my delayed response. I would suggest making sure each hand is really smooth separately before attempting to put them together. And then when you do, try it slow and eventually pick up speed. Hope that helps🩷🩷🩷🩷
