Very true. Bilkul Sahi kaha aapne. India mai rehne wale yahi samjate hain ki bahar rehte hai to pata nahi Kitni income hogi. Kitni aish karte honge. Jabki sach to ye hai ki kharche ,mehngai itni hai ki savings nahi ho pati. Logo ko jab ye batao ki mehngai bahut hai to kehte hain salary bhi to dhirams mai hai na. Ye nahi pata unhe ki salary utni nahi hoti . Aur sab kuchh kitna costly hai. Aur agar yahan se gifts lekar jao to unko ye ehsas nahi ki yahan kitna costly hai sab par unko ye lagta hai ki India mai to sirf itne ka hi hai. Ankhe tab khulti hai jab yahan aakar khud shopping karte hain.

People would always expect so much from us. In the process we were getting broke using up our credit card. I would not buy those gifts for myself anytime. People always saw us like we're having dollar bags and I could not satisfy them with anything. I'm happy now that we stay far far away from them and will never let us be used up like that again.
