She has been altered as of late to "heals 2 allies with the currently lowest percentage of HP with 100% chance of dispelling 1 debuff fom them."

I agree with Skratch on this one I got her and booked her because of how good her skill read, it isn't working as described. I have a feeling like they are either misscalculating the tiled a boss is taking or it doesn't work as intended, or, if it does, they need to update the description
11:20 Shagrol is next to Theodore and killed him. He's not next to Sigrid, that's why he didn't get cleansed. Your 2 heros next to Garrius did get dispelled. That means the spell is "working" fine when your heros are next to a 1x1 square ennemi like in pvp or gob.
But against a boss it doesn't work because the hero isn't next to the center of the boss. In grave of rot 5:44 , you can see the animation of the spell isn't next to your melee heros, but 1 or 2 square behind because the boss takes 4x5 squares and the spell is cast at the center, which makes it impossible to be next to.
So that will be called poor game design.

You can take also advantage of the artifact that known gatekeepers staff that turns overheal in to shield
Her healing isnt procing is the problem. You have to be on the slot that she is hitting. But you cant lol
I pulled her from the tickets I got from last season, and then seing that she didn't bring anything was a big let down. I am glad that you as a CC brought this out. Now hope they fix her.

Yeah, she was one of the two legendaries I pulled with tickets. At first glance I thought she might be good, but in practice I've just zapped her back to level 1 and replaced her with Quarion.
I find it quite ok using her with heroes like Donella, Hvitar, Acilia, and Ghul’ende that ensures diversity in damage types and roles xd
Imo beldelle needs battle skill buff so she isnt just 5 percentish better than epic as the EXCLUSIVE freakin legendary for the brand new damage type! Needs a better ult percent for crystals even with scroll required.
She works for me on most content. The way she functions on large body bosses is messed up because the boss fills so many squares on the battlefield. If she targets the center of the boss nobody is close enough to that location to be hit with heals. However if you target a smaller body, like the harpy, she works just fine. I agree she's not working like she should but it's more that the skills don't target the proper location than an all out fail.
I got Rose too, really disappointed. Hope the devs buff her.

I read her ult could 100% dispell 1 debuff. In flame domain, tried many times, doesn't work. Am I wrong? 😅

You sound exactly how I felt when I pulled for Vicana thinking I was going to get a poison Flora. I was so sad still am I really thought I was going to do more on vortex nope lost damage.
Lothair is exclusive for Poisons like Flora for wild and he do his job if you made proper setup.
@@simoonly1 I think you overlooked my point. Read Vicanas kit she is a enabler dps just like flora but she isn't good. I have epics that out dps her. My issue is legendarys shouldn't suck just because Lothair is good doesn't mean its ok for Vicana to suck because exclusive. Same thing is said for flora and the clown just because flora is good doesn't make it right that the clown isn't. Sure exclusives have there own artifacts but the damage differences shouldn't be so gapped there both legendarys. We aren't even talking about like a 5-20% dmg difference either we are talking about like 500-1500%. Fix characters and balance the game better is what I am saying. When you get a legendary it should feel great not sad because you got someone useless.
So the only thing I would say is she was built to support melee characters which suffered in season 1. But I agree she needs to be buffed
I got her and sent a complaint. They basically said it was working as intended. If she just got a Tempest specific fix I'd be happy with her.
you can turn off animation in setings...just select "never"

Rose is good in pvp for example. Also she is not healer... She is dd/support with small heal, but she can heat up to 10 times? It's 40%?

In my opinion she's obviously bugged... However, I disagree she's the only legendary that leaves a bitter taste when pulling... Especially in the new banner, most of them seems way too situational or worse (Nissa). At the very least, Rose provide Attack Penalty 2 to a non-tank Radiant
Maxed her hoping she would be awesome for vortex, well shes useless lol... unless they fix her im done with the game
with the boss clan he doesn't heal anyone
they have not listened on Drizzt buff what makes you think they would listen to Rose buff lol
Why I stopped playing
There are too many bad legendaries.
Rose is useless even on Chaos Shadow bosses. She only heals 2 melee heroes.
Against bosses no healing and her healing is the weakest that i never seen and no cleansing always so actually she's useless

I think She wasn't built for boss fights. More for pvp.
You get to put debuffs on enemies with debuff immunity.
Again, they said allies around the enemy, not next to the enemy. Only enemies you can surround are enemies in pvp
Even there she doesn't click the heals good though, look at the end next to Shagrol
It doesn’t mean surround the enemy… you can even surround an enemy in pvp. It’s clear they have the boss squares coded differently and that’s the problem. It’s not considering them actually on the map.
