Besides all the bugs needing fixed the AI needing work I am happy that Martinsville at least looks like you can at least drive it and it be fun

You should try bristol dirt, I watched a video with someone playing it on NASCAR 21 ignition and the car slides into the turns as well (also about the 52 being in the front randomly, someone else did a race at sonoma and the 72 and I think the 52 were both 1st and 2nd XD)

Crash graphics look kinda good but still not as good as old Nascar games by EA
The NASCAR games by EA? I don’t remember those having good damage either. Nothing compares to the old Papyrus NASCAR games on PC in the 90s. Those cars actually had panels that came off. No modern racing games really focus on soft body damage physics and I find it extremely disappointing. iRacing is getting there with their damage model at least. Which oddly enough is the same company that made the old Papryrus games in the 90s. Go figure.

I am a Boyscout but when I was in Cubs I went to mile Mayham I think it took like 3hours for it to end and the kids left there was chase and the Elliott boys (me included) and chase Elliott won. I always thought it was ironic

Not sure if it’s a glitch or not with the car being almost un-drivable after you wreck but it is cool either way because it gives you that realistic feel of how the car handles and drives when it has damage. I feel too many nascar games in the past were a bit unrealistic in how they drove after wrecking them. It seems as if it will be realistic to how bad the aerodynamics of the car are with damage.Damage physics do still seem to need work in future games but it looks as if they are starting to improve. I like the way the hood is loose and bobbing up and down as the car drives it’s a big improvement from the heat games where all you got was a crumpled hood that really didn’t do anything. I would love to see them improve on that and actually make it to where the hood of the car flaps around like it does and eventually flies completely off of the car like it did in nascar thunder 03 and 04

HUD: 8/10 lack of tire wear and fuel
Pit stops: 9/10 amazing animations, bad driving feelings
Car indicator: 10/10
Cautions: 1/10 they didn’t appear
Replays: 10/10
Assists: 3/10 you can’t turn off steering assist
Online: 4/10 you can’t create a private lobby
Career mode: 5/10 you can’t use custom schemes
Championship mode: 0/10 error 404 championship mode not found
Pre race scenes: 10/10

i wish they gave an option named 'official racer' for some extra charges where the crash physics, damage etc are exactly like reality. it'll be even cooler if they give a VR option in that too

Remember Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction on PS2? You could demolish entire cities. That game came out in 2005, yet here we are in 2021 and we still cannot get a NASCAR game that gives us realistic damage effects........and humans want to go to Mars.

Would have liked to have actually seen the tire down, and see the physics of it. These damage models, at least from the minimal amount this guy chose to show, don't really seem much better than 5.

When your about to lap a car the safety car comes out and keeps them on one side of the track so the cars that lapped can go through

Would be kool if they would develop old school Nascar races. 1948 early 50s. Hudson Hornet with tracks and drivers from that era.

This video implies you can get races started and completed. Lol. I've only managed to pull it off once so far and the game crashed the second I hit the finish line. Every other time, I can't even get the data pad out of my driver's hands.
