I agree with you that it's Ryouya's arrangement. It feels like, in addition to Magnet, elements of Wink's 'Samishii Nettaigyo' have been incorporated into the remix. It's such a wonderful arrangement, isn't it!

Isn't it the source? It's Ryouya's remix and he uploads them mixed together like that. Vocals remind me of Viptenchou&96neko but I'm not sure
