I’ve been trying to find an e92 m3 with a blown engine. Will the swap work in an M3? Can’t find a swap kit that will definitely tell me that it will fit an M car.
@@boosted_woo so if you swap out the subframe then everything will fit properly? So could we technically run the dct trans from the 335is and m3 with the ls1 or ls3? And what driveshaft and diff did you end up using?
@@AntonioGonzalez-lt5yv correct but you don't need to convert to rwd only if you wanted to. There is a lot more than just the subframe to swap. Are you in the group on FB? I did a whole write up of the parts list needed for the conversion. Yes, there are people using the BMW dct but you need some additional parts to make it work

hey since you had the x drive subframe and engine mount area, what headers did you run that cleared fitment wise?
Hey the car has been fully converted to RWD - the subframe and all front end components have been swapped. Utilizing the CX racing headers
