Crying is the only way to release all the pain I've been hiding and suppressing for many years. It's not easy to forget my traumatic experience and it makes it hard to want to continue to live. I'm getting help but I find it hard to imagine myself getting better so music helps me find comfort I don't find at home or anywhere.
