Hey Greg question for you about the minimum pressure valve. Is there a specific process for installation of the new seal in the MPV? It is difficult to do so im curious if im doing it wrong. There are no instructions on the manual or with the rebuild kit. About 6 months ago I had to change out the coalescing elements because I got error 202. I replaced the elements but 3 months later they were saturated again. Bye bye $600 again. I was extremely busy with troubleshooting and repairing production machines so I hired a local air compressor service tech to come out and rebuild the minimum pressure valve and the inlet control valve as well as just checking over the entire unit because it had been neglected for many years before I started at this factory. This local service manager apparently had never serviced this particular MPV because he struggled to get it back together. I ended up making him a rig out of a piece of shim stock and 2 hose clamps to help safely squeeze the middle seal so the housing can fit back together. I noticed that he had sheered off a couple strands of material from the lip of the seal inside the minimum pressure valve before I made him the rig. As you can expect the minimum pressure valve lasted 6 month so I rebuilt it again myself. I was able to get the minimum pressure valve seal back together with the same rig without damaging it or shearing off any of the seal this time. Well it lasted another 6 months. I took it apart and the seal looks flat with no lip like it had when I installed it. Maybe I'm doing things wrong? I'm not a compressor technician. My expertise is industrial controls, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electric, troubleshooting industrial equipment. Sure I can do pretty much anything but I've never done this before and need some advice.

How do you reset it? How to increase the working pressure, have one working with 104 psi I want to increase it to 120
