Dear Sir, I am watching from the USA. I would not use dish cleaning tablets that leave a coating on the plates. If I did I would use very warm water in a bowl to dissolve tablets before adding to battery cells! I would reuse the old battery acid because it contains electrolytes from the used plates! On the bottom of a used battery is accumulated residue that can kill the project if not completely eliminated!
Show the plates inside the holes so we can see what condition the battery is in. When you're finished use the battery to turn an engine over... using a STARTER MOTOR, not just a light bulb also show inside as well.

Why do t you mix the powder with the water prior to putting it into the battery. A whole lot easier to mix it properly.
