Could you do a video on injuries? I am in my 30s but I just started playing a year ago and I'm getting injuries left and right (usually minor ones). Would love to hear about the injuries you've had in the past and how you've changed your training/workouts to minimize injuries.

I also have used racquetball court to kick the ball around, since no one has played racquetball since the 70s😂

Where I live(same state as where Matt currently lives) we have tennis and racquet courts that’s always full 😢

Do you find it a bit hard on achilles tendon when you play on hard surface for long period? I often feel sore even warm around achilles the next day
