My Summer is almost here in Australia, and its going to be rad. My winter consisted of muddy rides, cross country races, lots of stacks and broken hangers and derailleurs, watching sick RUclips videos from my favourite mountain bike channels on RUclips and lots of fun rides with the boys.

My summer was lit 75% riding and 25% thinking about riding. I honestly cant describe how great this summer was it was the bext, i got my first full suspension bike and just shredded the entire summer and i cant describe how good it was. Btw keep up the good work on your vids

"sometimes you just got to get on a bike and go for a ride, it doesn't matter where or what bike you just got to go" words of wisdom, i lived by this until my bmx broke then got it by truck on MTB and the other MTB has flats but the tubes i got won't fit it to big and would be useless on my bent Wheels
A little history for you if you didn't know, that Fire hydrant is part of the old fire suppression system that they built on the mountain while they were still logging the mountain. There have been some major fires on Grouse and Fromme. Actually if you stand next to the hydrant and look east and west there are hydrants running the width of the mountain every 50m or so. A pipeline connects them all, it's why pipeline is named as such, as it is visible as you ride down the trail, you roll right over top of it! :) It's pretty neat!

It's easy to escape the city here but with all the 🔥 most of the area I ride is burning. Mainly Waterton National park area and around Fernie/Cranbrook BC.
