Shield + Bad cheese + make sure your peglin has no orbs!! Cheese deals damage when reloading, shield prevents all damage while reloading, and if you don't have any orbs it's considered reloading.

the build was great without the bonkers coin item but that item made it absurd. The genuine surprise when a shot once made it to the bottom of the screen without the fight being over.
There are so many orbs in this game that are simply useless, because bouldorb exists. Why hit one or two more enemies, or deal a bit more damage to one, or do splash damage to the enemy on either side of the one you hit... why do any of that, when bouldorb will just hit *every enemy for big damage* ? I keep silently begging Tom to stop just taking bouldorb every run and experiment with the other ones, but there really is no reason to do that, when bouldorb will just always work as "the damage orb". It's very strange game design.
If they had more enemies that were flying like the bats and spiders I think it would make it feel a little less OP, but even with its heavy bouncing properties, it's still just so good.

It's strong, but it was only this broken because of the combination of several relics (including another boss relic) and the refreshorb. If a boss relic makes your run super powerful IF you combine it with the correct other boss relic (which you only ever get 2 of in a run) AND a couple other specific relics AND a specific orb it's probably fine ballance wise.

Only build more broken is Bad Cheese, Buckler, and no balls. As long as second boss isn’t wall, it’s guaranteed victory.
@@TomPriceism I think if you have the thing that delays it's turn by one then you actually get enough damage anyway. It doesn't move very fast.

I find that it is not quite as good in cruciball levels. I prefer oroboros build for that
IMO Poltorbgeist is better
@@Tson-nr9rw I think poltorbgeist is rare while bouldorb is uncommon though. And when it starts at 1/2 damage it really sucks to pick early on.
