    Mad respect for this man. The way you pointed out the attention to detail in his jab steps before his threes and his mid air passing. Great film session.

    Doncic is well-known around the league for his all-around game, with most people lauding his ability to both be a scorer and a playmaker at a high level. Currently, Luka Doncic is averaging 27.5 PPG, 9.2 RPG, and 9.0 APG on the season.

    In skills and size, Doncic has the profile of a near-perfect NBA offensive player and perfection might just be a few percentage points of long-range accuracy away. With a 6-foot-7 frame, the vision of an owl and a magician's sleight of hand, Doncic can demoralize a defense any which way from any spot on the floor.

      If he actually had a bit more athleticism but didn't rely on it much, he would be way tougher just because of that extra option in his choice of attack

    Great video and great breakdown of Luka's game sir! He's got the physical tools, the skills and the brain to make whatever a defense tries be the wrong answer. So fun to watch!
    Regarding fitness, Dirk said in an interview here in Dallas recently that he didn't start taking nutrition and fitness seriously until his mid-late 20s and it made a world of difference. Imagine Luka getting that dialed in on top of everything else.

    • @WillSoTrill
      @WillSoTrill  2 года назад +1

      Thank you! And for the nutrition & fitness part maybe Luka already is in on that. No way for us to truly know, but that’s definitely a way he can get even better. And he’s already THIS good... scary!

      @@WillSoTrill one more funny thing about that Dirk interview... not only did they not emphasize nutrition back in his early days with the Mavs, but he said they actually had burgers, fried chicken and junk food before the games!

    Luka is an insane player. He beats you 1 on 1 at semi slow speed and he exposes your teams hole to get points for his team.

      @captainsmoke1612 2 года назад +1

      @@WillSoTrill Nah he doesn't really need explosivenes with his style of dribbling. I just look at his frame and think he could easily add 10-15 pounds of muscles. Will allow him to bully defenders even more and make him a better defender by himself.

    If Luka figures out how to shoot at least 47% FG and 80% FT, he'll average a 30 point triple double easily.

      Couldn’t agree more. I know it’s hours and hours of work to make a video like that, but Mavs defense surely deserves a video of its own. Would be much appreciated 🙏

      The main weakness will be interior D. I like Kleber, Powell and Chriss, but none of them can stop a Giannis, Jokic or Embiid. In the playoffs they'll have to deal with a lot more inside offense, which might be a problem. They have improved a lot on D, but I dunno if it's enough for a ring yet. Still, they have the pieces to outgun most if not any team.
