I’m 67 and people tell me I look younger for my age. I have never smoked . The people that I know that are long-term smokers, create excessive wrinkles over their entire face . Smoking not only ruins your looks, but it can kill you . I just had eye bags under my eyes in outer corners and excess skin removed by a Cosmetic surgeon. Every human being has fat under their eyes and occasionally it will bulge out in some people. It makes you look tired. So I spent $4500 and nine days in bed and a month trying to feel better after it because my eyeballs were in misery after the procedure. And I’m happy with the results. If someone can’t afford to pay cash, they have CareCredit and you can finance anything you want to have done . My motto is get it done if you want to make yourself feel better. But there’s a line between being addicted to it and just doing things as needed.
I myself if i had money would do the same,i used to go to the Gym and now i can't even afford $30 a month😢

She is very disciplined in what she eats, what she drinks even how she sleeps. She said in an interview that she will have just two cookies, or one treat but that’s it. So she does have those things but in very small amounts. I think genetics does play a part but the mental strength she’s had all these years to take care of herself is not a small thing and should be commended.

I agree with you. I work with the skin and yes, you hide a lot of things you don't want seen. Most 50+ women look the same as Jennifer's skin at a side by side comparison, without all of the enhancements. Women that look aged are those with sun damage and other factors but relatively the same in appearance.

I eat whatever I want just simply by walking on a treadmill 5x per week, no incline, just walking. And literally yesterday I finally got approved to start doing squats and some leg exercises as I am pending two hip replacements. But yeah, just by walking that has a allowed me to eat whatever I want and I lost 20 pounds, this is not a joke. I am a real person. I don’t believe in extreme anything and I am inherently lazy. But I started walking on April 1 I was 140 pounds and by May 1 I was 122, now a solid 120 lbs on 6/21. I keep walking and eating what I want.
I also look quite young at 59, new 39. I don’t do any crazy skin stuff, but I don’t drink alcohol since 9/17/1999 and no street drugs, so I believe that is why I am the youngest looking out of nine children. And I’m not the youngest. But if I can say anything, just get up and start walking. I had no clue I was gonna drop all that weight, but I feel great and I keep on walking!
