Hey! I'm an incoming student at Lethbridge College and I'm supposed to arrive in Lethbridge on 25th of August. Now i don't know anyone there and I was wondering if it'd be fair to stay in an AirBnb from 25th to 31st August/1st September considering it's costing me $50 per night after taxes? Can't find cheaper ones there 😔I feel like I could stay there for about a week and use that time to find accommodation there? Because I'm not sure but I think I won't be able to move-in anywhere at the end of the August i guess? Wouldn't most rooms be available from 1st of September? I could stay in an AirBnB for a week, find proper places to stay by physically inspecting the listings and then moving in there on 1st of September. Or do some landlords allow you to move like a day earlier? Like could i move in on 31st of August if a listing says it's available from 1st of September?
