I'd feel safe with Evil. But not Nuero. Evil would be a sweetie, who just muwahahaha's a lot. Nuero would hug you, then tear off your skin to make a festive hat. And it's scary, because AI begins with 1 logic gate, and advances toward human. But you can do the reverse. Start with a human brain in a jar and cut away bits until it was an NI chatbot. At some murky point on that line, AI and NI become equal. And you get glimpses of it with Nuero. It's equally intriguing and terrifying. And the cuteness helps ease the existential dread of realizing you're an advanced NI piloting a meat-mech.
Neuro once roasted Vedal's programming by praising him how good he copy and pasted code.
