You should try some trident seafood product at Costco! Local Seattle company with some really good products. Their beer battered cod and ultimate fish sticks are elite. Just heard on the radio the sticks are the most popular product in all Washington costcos.

Go to the one in Covington Costco. They have the test sushi section similar to the butcher area. And they get a lot of test items!

you should hit up the deli at warehouse 110 in Issaquah, they have a huge selection of in house Sushi they've been fine tuning for the last year or so
