HOW TO WRITE CRIMINAL JUDGMENT • JUDGMENT WRITING CLASS...
The affidavit is a written statement sworn before a person having authority to administer an oath.
Affidavits should be drawn in the first person, and the matter of the affidavit should be divided into paragraphs which are numbered consecutively. Each of the paragraphs in an affidavit should ideally be confined to a portion of the subject. Affidavits should mention the full name, fathers name, religious persuasion, age, profession, occupation and residence of the person on whose behalf an affidavit is filed. In case of changes or alterations to an affidavit, changes should be authenticated by the initials of the officer before whom the affidavit was taken.

I'm making an affidavit of one and the same person for my father.
Pls clarify my doubts below :
1) Does a deponent need to sign infront in notary or can it be done separately on his own time and place?
2) Since it has to be done on a stamp paper, the stamp paper has a very less space for the content, the content is more as mentioned by you.
3) Do i have to prepare the content before going for the typing ?

Answer for the above questions:
1) Deponent is a person who is providing an affidavit for one and the same person. In my case, it was printed and signature was done in home and my own time.
2) Space is provided in the stamp paper back so need to worry on that.
3) Yes, preparing content from your side is better, even if the typer has the samples or not.

Sir, I live in India. But I am Nepali citizen. And I have a nepali passport. And I am trying to get thai tourist from via Delhi. But my Names, Date of birth, are different in Adhaar card (India) and Nepali Passport . So I can’t proof my residence in India. What should I do? If it’s not possible, I have to go to Kathmandu to make the visa. It would be easier if I can make in India.

Who becomes deponent if I am getting a one and the same affidavits for my name, my father name and my mother name mistakes (spacing mistake between first and last name removing one extra alphabet) for ssc cgl. Actually mere papa ka salary 12 lakh hai but jab mai income banta hu to mera papa ka salary ko keya add karna hai ya nehi.
Kuki mere pas esa document hai indian government ka jisme likha hai family income me mom dad ka salary and agriculture income add nehi karna hai .
Or esa karne se mera family income zero hai . Is baat ke adhar pe mai obc bana sakta hu
But jab v mai income certificate banane jata hu mere papa ka salary add karne bolte hai waha ke log .
So mai is issue ko kese solve karu .
