Been awhile since I've played. I will say as a Sabrewulf player I hate fighting Glacius.

While playing as Sabrewulf against Glacius on Very Hard Difficulty, end your short combos with a jumping slash. Glacius will rarely use a reversal and he will struggle with the pressure.
