I have one on the way from GearBest, but I also bought one from Power Cutlery, and that one came in quickly. I like this knife a lot so far and I leave it without paracord wrap. I like that I can use this with food preparation and wash it easily. The sheath has a friction spot for the thumb. Just, hold the knive normally and use your thumb to push against the sheath; there is no need to pull the knife out by the handle. I look forward to new releases from Sanrenmu. Also, when I did a recent purchase on GearBest, I used your link and bought a few extra items. Hopefully, this does not throw you into a higher tax bracket.
It would take an awful lot to get me up to another tax bracket. I can earn up to $5,000.00 per year before it would affect my disability pension. At that point, they would simply take back a dollar for every dollar over 5K that I earn. I am NOT getting close to 5K at all, it's hardly a distant dream
hello Jake...after retaking the hobby, I bought 3 of this little knife; I think is one of the best neck knives over there...I prefer to keep them without paracord, you know, easy to wash after using it with food...thanks for the video, it's never too late to say thanks to this video I went for the knife
Canadian Cutting Edge I found 2 sources. www.lelong.com.my/sanrenmu-4101-fui-sh-stainless-steel-fixed-blade-mini-neckknife-texantel-197503740-2018-10-Sale-P.htm Also: r.ebay.com/xbzfdj
It looks pretty cool. $25USD, wow, it's a bit more than I thought it would be. I will wait a couple of weeks and see if it shows up at GearBest or not.
I bought this for 7 dollars. Couldn’t be happier! It’s a bit slippery without the paracord, but that’s what the pinky hole is there for:) I also bought the fake “D2” Izula at the same price, it is not D2, but still a good knife.
@Canadian Cutting Edge hello mate, which you choose between 7130 and 7132. I have the option to buy both at same price. Its my first fixed knife for EDC, im on between this two models because the modular sheath.
Oh, i didn't know i was using expired links, good that you mentioned that. Pretty unfriendly practice by GB towards advertisers there. I ordered the 7130 a while ago and i'm very happy with the steel, size, grind and sheath. The handle feels a bit too edged when cutting into wood though. Outdoorfan's (german youtuber) paracord looks like a good solution for the handle, but i seem to be too clumsy to replicate it correctly. Good video :)
The thing is that GearBest had made that point about the links being valid for only 30 days fairly clear - as in easy info to find - but sadly I hadn't noticed it until very recently. I can understand reasons for them to do it that way. I would prefer 6 months over 30 days, but it is what it is. At least I can get credit for EVERYTHING that a person buys if they BEGIN with a link of mine, that is good. I didn't use the 7130 for hard enough use to find that it was a problem for me, but I have pretty tough hands and I do often wear leather gloves when working for an extended time - I forgot to mention that. But I bet it will be more comfortable if you wrap the handle with paracord. As you have found, other makers who have similar knives recommend doing that too. - I did mention that in the review - briefly.
I was told the questions asked today would be multiple choice. What gives? This knife is a good choice for me, but I really prefer some jimping on the spine.
How is the retention holding up? and how does it feeling while cutting harder objects does it hurt your hand at all?.what is the print on this knife like?
I ended up selling the knife. I have to sell almost every knife I review so I can afford to buy a more knives to review. I wish I could keep everything and be able to answer your retention question. second question - does it hurt when cutting harder objects: not really, unless it's necessary to cut many things or for an extended time, then it really could benefit from a paracord handle wrap. third question - what is the print like: I assume you mean when worn as a neck knife. it's not bad at all as long as you take the belt loop clip off the sheath first.
Hello Tony nice review i have a question if you have to choose between this Sanrenmu 7130 and Cima1 which do you choose?my primary use will be for gutting small game rabbits, dove, ducks, quail and some teals
Hmmh, that is a tough question. But I think I might choose the Sanrenmu, but not the 7130, I think I would choose the brand new S628. Sanrenmu has a LOT of new for 2018 fixed blades that are awesome. But I would get a Sanrenmu over the CIMA.
nice knife. i was sitting watching the video with my Izula2, and i thought to myself, that knife looks awfully familiar. :-D. seems like a good sale to order it, but im thinking delivery might take 5 weeks+1 day. lol.
Cool, mind just came in after oh probably 3 months of waiting, but it was worth the silly low price I payed (9.99 and 6.99 for enlan el-01). Does anyone have an idea of how to wrap this sucker in paracord? I'm failing in rather silly ways right now.
WOW, 3 months is crazy, but this winter was super crazy for shipping from GearBest. Try to look up some instructions on how to wrap the "ESSE Izula" It is somewhat similar and I am sure there are some RUclips videos about that.

Looks like mine will be arriving today. Can't wait!

I appreciate it very much. I read all the comments, even on my oldest videos, because you deserve at least as much attention as you give to me.
Nice knife, l like it. Thanks Tony
Thanks for watching Tony. It is a good knife - it will probably go on sale again sometime soon.
Well I am looking forward to getting mine now!!!!
I think you will enjoy it a lot my friend.
Hi Jake, looking forward to your review of the Sanrenmu 4101 neck knife.
Do you know where it is being sold?
Canadian Cutting Edge I found 2 sources.

Very similar to my Izula clone in d2 (maybe) great sheath. I would like to see a larger model in Sandvik that I could add my own grips
Yes, it is clearly in the same style as the Isula. I too want a larger one and option for add-on G10 grips.

As long as you are happy with your purchase, that's the main thing.
I just jot mine!!
Really love this little fixed blade!
Cool! I am glad you like it.
love this knife.
it is quite nice indeed
Hey Jake! Merry Christmas!
Nice fixed blade, m ight be my next purchase, thanks!
Thanks for watching

7132 - the better grip is a bigger deal to me than the sheath.

I agree, jimping on the spine is much preferred, but not deal breaker for me.

@@CanadianCuttingEdge Thanks foto your advise awesome channel
Very nice size but looks almost too plain for my taste, the paracord might solve that.
Yeah, get some awesome paracord and tie it in a very funky pattern and send me pictures. :)
Good job. Thank you
Our pleasure!
Merry Christmas! ! ! ! !
THANKS
I love stone washed knives.
they are the best
nice knife. i was sitting watching the video with my Izula2, and i thought to myself, that knife looks awfully familiar. :-D. seems like a good sale to order it, but im thinking delivery might take 5 weeks+1 day. lol.
Who knows, it might just take 5 weeks + 2 days
I was going to order a couple of them but I just missed the sale.
Keep watching, my guess is that they will do a sale again before too long. I often post such sales on my Facebook page

I think you will enjoy it when you get it
thats why you eat bacon in the woods,to be able to break that chain from killing you :O)
I like the way you think!!
Hey :) GEILSTES MESSER 😀👍👍👍👍
🎄lg juiced 🎄
Thanks
I don't like the sheath
Not everything is for everyone, but these plastic sheaths are definitely not appealing to many people. I wish they would have done a kydex sheath.
