They do the stitching on a sewing machine. They have a special double needle for the perfect even double stitch. Still done by an individual using their hands though.

Johnny, how easily does the top compartment open up for parrying? The only glove brand (I have seen reviewed) that opens very easily from day 1 is grant. One thing ppl never seem to show when reviewing gloves is how easily and and how wide you can open the finger compartment for parrying. Thanks J!

    • @expertboxing

Yeah...unfortunately most gloves nowadays are copying the Mexican glove mold, which is tightly balled up fists. Anyway...this Fly gloves are balled up as well but the padding is so soft that you CAN open your hands.

Hey bro, how you your hands sit in winning gloves? I just got a pair of adispeed 501s, but I noticed striaght away they made your hands sit in a way that when you thorw a punch, it lands with your fingers rather than your knocked, which hurts, so I sent them straight back. So before I spend $900 on winning (that's how much they bloody cost in Australia, just wondering if the finger pocket is deep enough so that your hand can slide in far enough that when you throw a punch it lands with your knuckles, rather than fingers?

    • @expertboxing

One is made with a double-needle sewing machine, and the other is made with a single needle, and they have to double back to create a double stitch. I hand stitch leather, and I can tell you if it's hand-stitched those Gloves, you'd be paying $800 - $1200 for a pair.
