If you are using more than a couple of paddletails, you should give zman a shot. The minnowZ catches really good and you can literally catch 100+ on one bait when you dab on some superglue on the jig collar.
Awesome video! The tackle and the tips and techniques are what truly make the videos! Anybody can watch videos of people only catching fish but that gets old really fast. Please keep the tackle and techniques coming!
Agreed. So many tubers just show catches of fish with some crappy music dubbed over. No substance, no information and no hook sets. I find it annoying when they start recording after the hook up. I film continuously so I capture the hook sets. It's more work but worth it. Cheers and tight lines
"I dont like fishing around big groups of people" is the ultimate fishing quote lol. There are very few places in can tolerate crowds... Rainy River in spring and Red River in Manitoba. Because there is more fish than people, plenty to go around.
Been out there with my dad for 3 weeks, those WB are still just moving in and out onto from the weeds onto the ledges and basin throughout the day. Occasionally they'll school up so big, they splash the surface, easy pickin. Theres so many they will eat almost anything you're not trying to target lol. I don't fish bedding gills, but they are a beaut!
