I'll bet someone is going to ask how I swipe so fast, so here you go: I use four fingers, middle finger and index finger on each hand, and the hands swipe on each side of the arrow. If you get it right, you can get one hand swiping motion to count as 2 swipes. Now, add a second hand on the other side and make both hands swipe very fast. The less distance you make your hands travel, the faster they can start another swipe.
