Hi Justin, I would say Baan Pattaya 6 is a bit higher in terms of materials and appliances used. The houses also tend to have a bigger land, that’s why the price tag is higher as well.

You can sell the lease. But more popular way to buy the house through Thai Company which take care all the process by lawyers.
