As Meatloaf sang "2 outta 3 ain't bad" The original was my favorite as a little kid and crunch berries made it even better. Glad to see they stood the test of time. However, kinda bummed that the peanut butter has gone downhill because I used to like it, too.
The classics are always the classics for good reason. I’m pretty sure if cereal could be improved upon, by and large they’d have figured it out a long time ago. Every once in awhile we get a fun new addition (Reese’s Puffs came out when I was in college I think) - but it’s really tough to compete with the original lineup.
I’m not a captain crunch eater but it annoys me that they are all little balls why did they have to change the shape? I get the berries being round but the other stuff!?!?! Also I think balf works pretty good maybe better than flab
