How do we know the toons didn't take over "cogtown". Think about it, we drove them to the furthest corners of the "world". It would be very hard for the cogs to just appear each of the 4 corners of toontown.
The idea is that we didn't drive the to the corners of the "world" but rather they're surrounding our "town" but I like it as an anti-theory

Toontown Mysteries: Unreleased Music - It would be cool if the team that composed TTO's soundtrack had any unreleased music no one's heard (not from the Phase Files like The Trolley Song, Suit Announce, etc). There used to be one called Installertune, which played during the Uncle Scrooge cartoon. I remember a short jingle that played when you won a race, but it was only on TTO's test server and was removed before GSW was released on the public server.
Toontown Mysteries: Donald Dreamland's 3rd Street - All the main playgrounds have three streets except for DDL.
Why does Donald have 2 playgrounds?
Metric Mudkip THAT was actually put in a TTO blog post that I read.. I only remember one part of it... the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse NPCs debating on who would get the other playground, and they let Donald have it, but ONLY for sleeping

Dumpster Cat used to be Gyro's helper. This was before Gyro made the cogs. Gyro actually was thinking about using the Chairman ages ago to get money. Dumpster cat knew about this and wanted to tell all the "staff" working with Gyro. Gyro soon found out and kicked him out. He now tries to survive in the trash alone.

Some of these animations did end up getting used in Rewritten.
The "song and dance" animation was used when a cog gets taken over by a healing remote. Meanwhile, Ai Spai uses the periscope animation.
One thing I always wondered is, "When a toon is captured. What do they do with them, after draining all their laff?"
They put them in cages but, beyond that what happens to them? Do they just leave them there? Do they use them as a resource or do they turn them into something else? Like a buisness toon or a toony cog?

On a other note, love that you put in the image of Gyro's notepad from Ducktales 2017, I do like directing people to that because the fact that cogs are canon in their universe raises too many questions.
My theory for the level 50 cog thing, level 1 to 12 cogs are sent to the streets to fight toons, but when the level 12s get promoted to level 13, they get sent to work in the cog building (not to fight the toons, but to do regular work)

How do you think the 'Go To' button works whenever you teleport to a friend or another playground?
Why do certain buildings like the school in ttc or the library have nothing of what they suggest in them? I.e: Toon school not having classroom setup and ability to pick a course on gag training, doodle training or etc in which the toon could earn grades that equate to certain points which may be directly added to dmg of gags, equated to accuracy of these gags or successful rate of doodle performing trick, etc.
In TTI the bank is used but idk why TTO or TTR didn't add anything

I always thought of the VP and CFO being rebuilt after each defeat.
No, all the bosses get replaced by the highest level cog of their type. I.E. A Robber Baron becomes the CFO after the previous one gets smashed by a train. That's what I think.
Here's an idea for cog parts disappearing- What if they immediately dissolve upon contact with the ground? I mean, in TTR, some of the quests ask you to catch the parts, so it's definitely a plausible theory.
What about the cogs in the trolley games? Did they defect? Have they been captured and reprogrammed? Why on earth do they play tug of war with us?
They're Trolleybots invented by Surlee. In one of the canons of Toontown (forgot which server it was, probably Rewritten), the Trolleybots went haywire and invaded

I think the reason the chief justice doesn't really get defeated is because he's a position where they get elected more than getting promoted to that position, like the V.P. he is a promotion such as the CFO and CEO.

For an idea, ... Why can you, for intance, use a Flippy SOS when you are rescuing Flippy from the VP? Also, why can't you fire the V.P? The C.E.O could, I imagine.
I never heard of the punching gag. I already know of that gag from Roger Rabbit, though, and planned on having it in the 2D animated toontown series as a special trackless gag, that would likely work like a level 7 gag with some special effect, like a one-turn stun (without the knockback or trap usage of lure) with damage based off of average gag level/laff level/playground or something. There would be more of them, of course. Maybe the blower gag can do something.

I can only imagine it is, imagine a racing overhaul and a proper competition being held where you could watch all toons in the game compete, that'd be real cool.
Another question: While major plans were made for the Factory to be a big facility, why do the Cogs make traversing the Cog HQs even possible for Toons? They have propellers and can fly, should they build HQs only accessible via flying, the Toons would be unable to stop them in time.
I'd assume the Toons could just set up cannons, shoot themselves out of them, then pull out umbrellas mid-flight to allow them to float down slower than usual

I would like to think so but, for example in the trap gag track: the train, if a train were to run over toons, wouldn't that crush them or something? Idk I'm just using common sense XD

In the VP, if you hit a Toon with a cream pie, they are Tooned-up. I would assume that all other Gags would do the same (except for Lure), ignoring Toonup because that's literally its purpose. Trap and Drop wouldn't be as effective at Tooning-up because of blunt force trauma but because it's meant as a joke, Toons will think it's at least somewhat funny

I don't think there's quite that much backstory to help answer that question, but it's a really good thought. I think unfortunately most of the answer anyone would give would have to be a fictional story though.

Yeah but those all appeared later in the game's life, and not at all in earlier phase files. I also don't think those models look like a 2002/2003 style toontown model that they'd produce, but I could be wrong
