I feel the same. For myself it is the fact that I heard of the rumblings before it started and watched it's birth. I have visited Iceland and this makes a lot of sense of the crazy landscapes I saw there.
Remember, some of the material and gas has never seen the light of day since our planet was born. Not to mention, we are watching a continent grow a little bit each day.
I'm thinking it's because this is the first time we've been able to watch one from its beginning, and average people are able to get up close and stay there for extended periods. We are able to see how complex these things can be. Most of the previous years people weren't able to get so close, and most imagery was either a few stills or a few seconds of video. Now we get to see some of the good stuff!
Two, three hundred year's from now they will be using your video's for pure reasearch. The clarity of your work, the steadiness, all of it allows those of we amateurs, to observe and learn. It is so appreciated words fail! It terrifies me and at the same time fascinates me. Thank you for providing what was so desperately needed. I look forward to recieving your video's. I know hard work goes into each offering. So your dedication and honesty go a long way to restoring my faith in videographers! Thanks again!
It can only be concluded that you appreciate and respect what you are doing here. Your videography and editing are quite possibly flawless. The soundtrack couldn't be more appropriate, from peace to turmoil with an easy sincerity. Another spectacular video. Thank you so much for sharing.
I'm so glad you are capturing this geological event with so much visual clarity and creativity. Just incredible work and I know I am not alone in appreciating the time and effort you put in to be there on-site, hauling equipment on rugged terrain, editing, etc. Bravo my friend!
Fantastique ...! merci pour ces partages exceptionnels qui permettent de rentrer au coeur de la puissance de ce volcan en éruption . Je suis subjuguée, émerveillée par la qualité des images ...
@@christinelicker2014 Try 70 to 100 metres across, maybe bigger. When one of the higher ejected 'dollops' of lava falls for 3 seconds, it has travelled 44 metres. When one of the higher ejected 'dollops' of lava falls for 4 seconds, it has travelled 78 metres. Compare the height of the ejecta with the width of the top of the crater, you will get some idea!
4:31 - 5:15 That flowing lava river is so beautiful! The simultaneous destruction and creation is mesmerizing. Also, GREAT ending to the video, I loved it!
It's amazing that a little piece of music can add so much drama. I've been hooked on this volcano almost since the beginning and I never get bored. You have some of the best videos! Thank you, so much!
wow that was awesome, so cool at the end with tidal waves of lava, think you pulled away at just the right time, though I could watch that all day, simply amazing.
Love it all, but would like to see how close to the Ocean it has come. I loved watching it advance. Relentlessly breaking thru the end of the stream of lava.
The final exit shot appeared to be played in reverse.. yes? Lovely though. Your camera work is sheer art. Pressure to watch, and I appreciate you taking time to match appropriate music for each sequence.
Very Epic Video, it is like you are giving the volcano a voice and creating a piece of art . Thank You very much Traveller In The Whole World and your Crew. Hope you do another one soon.
How very delightful, that you tickled our minds with that little twist near the end. And so cleverly done, you waited for just the perfect moment! Thanks for all your wonderful posts! Love the visuals and the music. Genius editing!
How much more intelligent to use a drone than to risk your life in getting close to the volcano! I've seen people trying to toast marshmallows as close to the lava as possible, and they are idiots taking such risks with their lives. This shows the details so much better, with no life at risk, and is wonderful for those of us who can't travel to experience the beauty of this volcano.
This was a wonderful video. The soundtrack was great and I really enjoyed this. Thank you. This one was national newsworthy and produced very, very well.
The final few minutes of this video are in reverse: which was extremely informative. In reverse you can clearly see how the lava fountain was in fact new much hotter material coming out of the vent, bursting through the lava lake in the crater, not simply a 'stirring of the pot' by hot gases.
🙋♀️Thank you thank you your work has left me speechless. I can feel the heat I feel like I’m flying over with the birds I view. I am obsessed With your work it is magnificent thank you🇨🇦
Beautiful per usual. The idea of backing away from the throat of the volcano to show the scale of the slopes is great... not so fond of the video in reverse.
It’s crazy to think that the liquid is rock. The amount of heat and time and resources it takes someone to melt rock is insane, and that’s a small rock. This is a river of liquid rocks. Amazing stuff courtesy of our earth.
Me parece una experiencia y un acontecimiento que puede ser peligrosos y a la misma vez una cosa hermosa de nos deja demostrado nuestro mundo y de dónde nosotros somos parte las cosas que aveces no valoramos y son preciosas
Thank you for your footage, steady drone, and music! I often use your videos in a live streaming Volcano channel I moderate. All enjoy your videos. They particularly like a 360 view of the volcano since live streaming they only see one side. Thank you for providing and sharing this amazing wonder.
Hi 👋, I love your territorials on this volcano 🌋 in Iceland 🇮🇸.very impressive obviously a lot of time and effort goes into this,, then in reverse I thought there was something wrong, A question oh master as I've noticed from other people. I noticed the flow is coming out of the front end on the left-hand side on the right hand side without eventually wear away the bit in the centre and that will collapse that would be very impressive and could cause a lot of problems, Be safe keep up the great work, Phil from the Moulin in France
Very good video except at the end 8:28 somehow it got reversed (twist?)- the lava splatters are collecting inside the crater instead of splashing outside.
I faithfully watch your videos every day. I love watching the formation of this mountain in your cinematic style. That said, I did not appreciate the reverse footage, it's not a good style for you.
I will certainly not deny the stunning quality of this footage. Beautiful. I am just confused about what the twist is. I am blonde, so that could be half the problem. Can someone help me out with what I am not seeing in that regard? Once again, it is visually jaw dropping. Thank you for the work you put into it.
I don't know why I'm so intrigued with this volcano but I can't get enough of it. This video was spectacular, music was spot on! Great drone work.
I feel the same. For myself it is the fact that I heard of the rumblings before it started and watched it's birth. I have visited Iceland and this makes a lot of sense of the crazy landscapes I saw there.

For me it is the quantity and speed of the lava, the others I have seen are no where close. These waterfall type flows it has had are amazing.
Because it’s beautiful

And he/she does it in such a short time frame!
Thank you so much for sharing this magnificent live surreal canvas of our earth 'doing it's thing'! The glory fills my eyes with tears!!!

Hauntingly beautiful to mighty and powerful! Then showing it in reverse at 8:26...BRILLIANT! YOU are a master my friend! 💖💖💖🙇
Amazing, as usual. What I can’t get a handle on is the scale. Is this boiling caldron 3 meters across or 30 meters?

I thought the same thing. Well done sir. Love you work. ❤
Absolutely fabulous. Music haunting, with an air as to what is going to happen next....Thank you👀👀👀🌋🌋🌋😍😍😍
Oh wow the cracks are clearly visible on the hill after the 0:40 incredible.
Couldn’t see them

these videos are quickly becoming the highlight of my day!!!!! -- stunning video and amazing music......strangely soothing to watch

Stunning imagery and a weird sensation watching it in reverse….
wow that was awesome, so cool at the end with tidal waves of lava, think you pulled away at just the right time, though I

Much better than any Hollywood imitation, this is so real!
Outstanding, just outstanding, thank you
Well done. Perfect dramatic music to an awesome display of gods power. I really like the video running backwards at about 8:30
I loved the ending....very clever. Excellent job, as always. Thank you.
That he ran the video backwards?
Love it all, but would like to see how close to the Ocean it has come. I loved watching it advance. Relentlessly breaking thru the end of the stream of lava.
This video should win some kind of award!
Again, absolutely incredible to watch. Excellent work, thank you very much!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thank you so much! Seeing the changing face of the volcano over time is wonderful.
The backwards video of the gas bubbles going back into the lava lake are really trippy!
The final exit shot appeared to be played in reverse.. yes? Lovely though. Your camera work is sheer art. Pressure to watch, and I appreciate you taking time to match appropriate music for each sequence.
I think you meant "pleasure" although there is a lot of pressure inside that volcanic vent. :) :) :)
These are magnificent videos. How fortunate we are to be alive when such an accessible volcano is erupting.
Very Epic Video, it is like you are giving the volcano a voice and creating a piece of art . Thank You very much Traveller In The Whole World and your Crew. Hope you do another one soon.

I love the reverse action on the end of this video. Worked really well. Great job!

Absolutely incredible videography. What a fascinating force of nature. Destruction and construction simultaneously!!
That is wonderful...you have brought it to life...and back again!!🎇😁🎇
LAVA WAVES!!! Color me astonished!
Thank you Lord for showing us your power and just remind us who is in charge. 😇🇺🇸💜💜

Utterly amazing ! Much appreciated 👍
that kicks so much ass love... the reverse at the end....thank you so much for filming this!!!!
What else can you say about it? Simply fabulous! Super cool video !
This video is of exceptional quality!
Artistry and photographic skill. Anybody can glue together top scenes, but it takes artistry and good luck to capture them without jump-cuts.
Great vid. The glow and movement of the lava makes it seem live.
Yeah man!…first I thought it was a malfunction, but no….the reverse boil! ❤️👍
Nice flight, especially the little timey-wimey bit at the end.
Awesome again. Fire breathing monster. SB music. Top.
Another excellent video, with a twist at the end I wasn't expecting :)

suprised I was thinking there would be a huge fountain by now guess that is good.
Looks funny in the latter part, with video in reverse playback, by the splashing/surging patterns
Loved the twist. It looked kind of weird.
