This is true but remember, beauty is subjective and there are billions of possible matches. So even if say, 90% of the overall population doesn’t find you attractive, 1 10th potentially does.
Here is the important thing; you can be judged in three categories. Less attractive than the average, average attractiveness and more attractive than the average. However, again, keep in mind that even if you are less attractive than average, you are not unattractive to everyone.
Also keep in mind, half of the population is guys like me and you as well. So you will get judged for your work as well. And respect can go a long way.
You also have to keep in mind that this is literally what each individual prefers, they have every right to be a judge in their life and deem you worthy or unworthy to be with....

This is why lowbodyfat matters the most for being attractive, because it affects how visible and defined your bone structure/face is. Also probably why a lot of girls say they don't like muscles, because a lot of guys who lift also bulk, chase size, and end up carrying more bodyfat than what's ideal for aesthetics and their face.

as having done both... thats a hard choice.... weight carries different on everyone and height matters as well..
I've personally never been attracted to the face of a woman who is very overweight due to the fact that the excess fat carries itself into the face

This is what I have been telling my boys when we were teens, your face gets the most attention.
For an example when a strange person walks in to a room what's the first thing you look at? It's the face and if the face looks ugly or unattractive to you then the rest of the body doesn't mean a damn thing no matter how shredded you are, good body is a bonus for sure if your face looks good.

What it really comes down to though, when it comes to love, it's the beauty in the heart and in the soul that matters most.
