He did not care about her he knew she was in pain and having trouble moving and he dismissed her like she was in school good for her remarks about his wife loved it
Sister has something to do with their divorce. I think she’s right. His last statement & not paying for her injuries knowing that he sent them to play in the front is why his wife left.
I'm surprised she didn't win her case (said of the 2nd case). Where I'm from, if you get injured on the work site, the boss pays for your injury. She definitely got injured on the work site. So why didn't he have to pay for the nanny's injury? And yes! I felt that the young lady was correct for what she said at the very end!!!
Defendant has mental and anger issues; she needs professional help to get over them. She like to be bossy and has been allowed by her family to act like a child and being bossy and bully.
He should have alap gotten the money back she told him ok he could get it. I'm sure he already had it before the day of since they were hanging out the day before he couldn't have gotten it then.
JM you slipping up,the plaintiff had to be compensated for her injuries as well as for being fired. The defendant told them to play out side. She acted speedily hence the child not being seriously injured. For a woman to up and go leaving her children behind tells you a story...the defendant probably a tyrant and a narcissist!
The judge is as hot as a really hot Florida summer day I think all of you are threatened really appreciate the judge her showing her physical attributes with her judge ship attributes
Omg judge Milian, as a lifelong legal secretary I've followed you and your media career. This is embarrassing.... please get some perspective and have some pride and end with dignity. I love and respect you. SO MUCH. Please end your public media life in a respectful way. Love you, praying for you.
If respect judge I don't agree with you about Mr. Mac Keller, he bought all this food for the family, could not consume it himself. The sister in-law is vindictive and you helped her.
Interesting that in the intro, they no longer say, "These are real people who are having their lawsuits heard in the People's Court ", which must mean that they are using actors.
I would say if I were in the second defendant's shoes: "I am grateful that she saved my kid's life, but I cannot be responsible for her medical bills."
"Maybe this is why he doesn't have a wife anymore" 👏 👏 👏
yeah the nanny told him good! that was a terrible decision by the judge!
He should have taken the food to a friend's house.
Or to the coworker he was sending pics to. Take it to her house lol
He did not care about her he knew she was in pain and having trouble moving and he dismissed her like she was in school good for her remarks about his wife loved it
The sister is too much in the relationship. When she said the sister was meek, the defendant has been doing this all her life
It's not the sister's business. Period
So your nanny saved your child’s life, and you made her play out there with the children in the first place, children always do on spur of the moment,
His wife shoulda carried herself home w him. If he’s not invited she shouldn’t been comfortable either.
He sounds like a real catch...... cheater.... can't keep a job..... blows money!
Nanny failed to watch the kids and thinks she’s a hero for saving a little girl. The girl wouldn’t have needed saving if the nanny had done her job.
Here to support Tristan 🙌 🎉
I LOVE YOU MARILYN MILIAN~ your so damn smart, quick, tuff and fair. You rock!
MISSED YA.Glad your back,

I'm in my 70s and I'm single and I live very comfortably
I think they came to get some free liquor and who pays $360 for a turkey dinner
The defendant needs to get a fence with a gate

I can see why your wife left u
He told them to play in the front yard...😢
employers should cover expenses when injured on the job., He has complicity he employed her.
Defendant has mental and anger issues; she needs professional help to get over them. She like to be bossy and has been allowed by her family to act like a child and being bossy and bully.
It is not his sister-in-laws place to judge him if her sister wanted to she could have told him to no come
It's her 🏠. She had every right to tell him that he wasn't invited.
He should have alap gotten the money back she told him ok he could get it. I'm sure he already had it before the day of since they were hanging out the day before he couldn't have gotten it then.

I miss Douglas it’s not the same

I'm convinced this version of her show is completely scripted.
Me too. Very disappointed. I loved people’s court
Perhaps she should not have allowed the child to be in such a dangerous situation in the first place 😳.
Perhaps he shouldn’t have sent them to play in the front yard with a ball and without a gate.
Interesting that in the intro, they no longer say, "These are real people who are having their lawsuits heard in the People's Court ", which must mean that they are using actors.
The are real cases, re enacted. Kinda like true crime
Bloop😂
I would say if I were in the second defendant's shoes: "I am grateful that she saved my kid's life, but I cannot be responsible for her medical bills."
Funny how people in the comments not realizing these are actors and its scripted
Coulda donated the food to someone in need 🫤
