The sister is too much in the relationship. When she said the sister was meek, the defendant has been doing this all her life

So your nanny saved your child’s life, and you made her play out there with the children in the first place, children always do on spur of the moment,

Nanny failed to watch the kids and thinks she’s a hero for saving a little girl. The girl wouldn’t have needed saving if the nanny had done her job.

Sister has something to do with their divorce. I think she’s right. His last statement & not paying for her injuries knowing that he sent them to play in the front is why his wife left.

I'm surprised she didn't win her case (said of the 2nd case). Where I'm from, if you get injured on the work site, the boss pays for your injury. She definitely got injured on the work site. So why didn't he have to pay for the nanny's injury? And yes! I felt that the young lady was correct for what she said at the very end!!!

Defendant has mental and anger issues; she needs professional help to get over them. She like to be bossy and has been allowed by her family to act like a child and being bossy and bully.

JM you slipping up,the plaintiff had to be compensated for her injuries as well as for being fired. The defendant told them to play out side. She acted speedily hence the child not being seriously injured. For a woman to up and go leaving her children behind tells you a story...the defendant probably a tyrant and a narcissist!

Omg judge Milian, as a lifelong legal secretary I've followed you and your media career. This is embarrassing.... please get some perspective and have some pride and end with dignity. I love and respect you. SO MUCH. Please end your public media life in a respectful way. Love you, praying for you.

Interesting that in the intro, they no longer say, "These are real people who are having their lawsuits heard in the People's Court ", which must mean that they are using actors.
