This is exactly what's going on with me,too.ive been having this problem for about 7 years now.But just a week ago I think I found the solution to my dustmite problem. Bought a small bug zapper. I think it attracts the dustmites and die when they get close to it. I got better sleep now ,btw. I'm just sharing, goodluck.

You are not whrite , you need dust Mites , because it protects your body ! When you are to clean in your home ore , with your body than , you get asma are exeem ! And don't work with extreme products to clean your place . Don't wasch your sheets to much , let the sheets lying on your bed a little bit longer ! Don’t worry they are harmless and so small that your nerves can’t even detect them on your skin. Just use your vacuum at least every 3 weeks and you’re fine. You know there are a lot of small insects around that you don’t even know about. It’s your fear that causes the anxiety

@@lawrence1928don't worry, just get a bed vacuum with a build in UV light, you can also get a larger UV light for whole room disinfection, it might not get rid of all of them but it could significantly reduce the number of dust mites. I hope that works.

Man dust mites and termites are my arch enemies smfh I had to deal with them for 4 yrs almost not knowing but the landlord did when he made me think I had bed bugs because I was constantly getting bit I didn’t know the reason behind termites and dust mites was excessive moisture and to make matters worse I also got sick from mold and damn near died 😢😢 I’m still recovering a yr later 😩
