i think some os their songs are reserved for their respective singers in nightwish, Phantom of the Opera belongs to tarja much like how slow love slow/eva belongs to anette [ and if someday we get a fourth singer there will be some reserved for floor lol]

I could never sing this song myself, as it makes me cry -- that may be the 2nd reason why this song could not be played live all the time, as it's too emotional to be sung live, and could probably make anyone singing it cry as well...

Eva and Turn Loose The Mermaids should be covered by Toumas wife Johanna. She should be incorporated into Nightwish to cover songs like this. Johanna would be perfect for these songs.
More 'perfect' would be incorporating Anette herself, and Tarja for the more operatic early songs. That isn't going to happen of course but no harm in hoping.
