Travie you need to go through boot camp or something, I used to have the same type of anxiety like you, heart palpitations and I couldn't breathe when I tried to sleep. But I was joining the Army and once I got through and I no longer had serious anxiety. You need a lifestyle change I think that will be a good solution to minimize how serious your anxiety. Please hear me out on this comment cause I think it may help.
