I bought a 10k Kaff Chimney. Poor quality Baffle Filters, very difficult to remove & put back. Air throw is not powerful. Technician visitation charges of 470/- even if it's within warranty. Rs 700/- to fix Baffle filter lock even within warranty. Rs 550/- for capacitor change even within warranty. Rs 1200/- for servicing (Extra service). Warranty void if not installed by company. Rs 2000/- for motor replacement.
