@angelaratzay9034 No, it doesn't. When you are out on your ride and have to fight with your horse to keep him from running back to the barn, it is called barn sour. I have heard this my entire life.
That talking is trying to ask the other house if it's always like this? "What's with standing in this little box with all these people staring? The other guys got to go in, I don't think I want to do this!" Have you been talking to the Southern Americans again? They use "y'all" especially in the country music states, Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansa, ie. Y'all get your butts behind the barriers before you get tromped.
Everybody thinks that, surely, that doesn't apply to them! They're special! We have the same problem at my work. Patrons will read the sign, then proceed to do the thing the sign says not to. And when confronted, they'll swear they didn't see any sign, even though I just watched them do it. SO frustrating.
Very exciting. Poor horse he doesn't like being in that box But a beautiful horse These horse guards are clearly wonderful they control the horses, especially when you told us John that they are just put on any horse so they aren't allocated certain horses.

That lady police officer is always really on the ball and gets everyone out of the way with no nonsense
OMG!! a lady asked the trooper if she could touch the horse and the trooper shook head NO and she touched it anyway!!! that is so rude and made me so mad!! i agree with Wendy (below) also. not knowing the rules or being able to read the signs is no excuse. if you go somewhere, you make sure to find out the rules. if i get pulled over by police in foreign country and i broke a law, i can't claim ignorance!!!
Another great watch, the crowds are amazing. Interesting talks to the Tourists, it's great learning what part of the world they are from. Thank you John: Kiwi
Thanks for taking us along with you along the streets to get to the Horse Guards. It is great to see parts of London from Canada. I truly enjoy watching your videos the last few months.
I love that there is finally crowd control at the changing of the gaurdkeeping the tourist back at the bulards and not touch the horses I 'm thinking for sure the horses are no where close to the anxiety as before.Thank you.
There is always crowd control at the change over for public safety !
Bollards
The “show off “ was feeling extreme stress and was letting his handlers know that. How? Yes the dancing can indicate that but the true way I can tell his/her lip is trembling horribly from time he/she got in until he/she was finally pulled. My heart actually hurt watching this but was glad a handler worked to try and calm but …we can see he is just stressed today😢He stares at his mate to know he isn’t alone being herd animals it always help them to have another horse around.
I am from Australia and love watching all of this. My favourite horse is Ormonde
Yes, consistency with punishment! Leave Immediately! You would be surprised how many people are capable of understanding the written word, especially on their way out!
Yay! To this trooper for stopping his horse being touched no shouting needed, but they still need to make sure the memo gets to everyone.
good afternoon john oh dear more idiots not listening again also lovely horses at horse guards
It gets a LOT worse in Part Two ... you won't believe it. 😂
@@LondonCityWalks sadly we do know that events can quickly get out of control - Yeastvite or Tourons are being idiots, not listening to instructions. 😢
Thanks for another great episode! I was so glad to hear about that former guard , his coverage was very nice!
Will miss the Lnt, Colonel passing through the yard, congratulations to him! Love our beauty troopers!❤❤
Some horses are what is called "barn sour." That is, they want to be in the barn with their friends.
Barn sour refers to a horse that does not want to be in the barn!
@angelaratzay9034 No, it doesn't. When you are out on your ride and have to fight with your horse to keep him from running back to the barn, it is called barn sour. I have heard this my entire life.
@@KathrynMiller-n9lI would call it buddy sour or separation anxiety.
Good morning, John! Those beautiful horses! They get tired of their jobs too and who the heck can blame them?
Perfect timing john when arriving.horsey is like nope dont wanna.bless him.he,s stunning
John you’re cracking me up with your narrative 😂😂😂
What a shame
That talking is trying to ask the other house if it's always like this? "What's with standing in this little box with all these people staring? The other guys got to go in, I don't think I want to do this!"
Have you been talking to the Southern Americans again? They use "y'all" especially in the country music states, Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansa, ie. Y'all get your butts behind the barriers before you get tromped.
😂😂 exactly
Love it.😂😂😂😂😂😂
Amazing video thanks John and as always everyone remember you matter those in the UK stay safe with the riots ❤
Why do people read the sign and still touch the horse…do they think working soldiers and horses are in a petting zoo 🤦🏼♀
They might look at the sign but not necessarily read it; many tourists can't read English easily, even if they might speak/understand a little.
Everybody thinks that, surely, that doesn't apply to them! They're special! We have the same problem at my work. Patrons will read the sign, then proceed to do the thing the sign says not to. And when confronted, they'll swear they didn't see any sign, even though I just watched them do it. SO frustrating.
And why are the Guards not telling people NOT to touch the horse? Because very few are!
It is called Entitlement! Welcome to today's society.
@JudithRaison yup they think it's like a small Disneyland, with people who are dressed up as soldiers. 😢
Very exciting. Poor horse he doesn't like being in that box
But a beautiful horse
These horse guards are clearly wonderful they control the horses, especially when you told us John that they are just put on any horse so they aren't allocated certain horses.
Good morning John from USA Love you video this morning that poor does not want to work today Love those horses Thank you Love hearing you talk thru the video Have a great day
Hi John, hi everyone. Very subtle 'don't touch' from the Troopers today, & it worked. Great video as always, John. Loved your Mr Ed bit (speaking for the horse)😂
Hi John so lovely to hear your calming voice amongst all the madness My wonderful times are seeing the horses and I always say the amazing Ormonde is the star of the show ❤🐴
Your timing, John, as always, is impeccable!
Love how the horses talk to each other. Like the one is asking "what's your issue bro, it's only for an hour"
The horsemanship on display by the guards is amazing. To control those massive horses with a sword in one hand shows wonderful training.
Love how she makes sure he has space. Best officer there.
Irony of South Carolina/ Americans complaining about the choices they have in an election for President and choosing finances over freedom in front of the King’s Guard which they spent thousands of dollars on is just comedy gold on how pitiful and lack of self awareness this couple are.
Morons
Why do they not have barriers for the people to stand behind this is ridiculous
Because it's a public street
That's a very large, powerful horse! I'm glad they changed to signs to read, "Don't touch the horse." It's a wonder that more folks didn't get hurt when trying to pet the horses before the change.
They left their brains at home
@@barbaragouin7232 what brain?
That's if they had a brain cell between them fit to be left to it's own devices? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hello John I love Horses and love to hear them talk, one of the Most coolest sounds in the world
Have a Great Day and thank you
You’re on top form today John!! Excellent entertainment!!😎🌻
You’re on top form today John!! Excellent entertainment!!😎🌻when the sign is crooked….😱😱😱😱😱😡
Aw John, I am immensely proud of you the way your branching out to all parts of the 🌍 globe 🌎 just fantastic how they know you and they come and say hello xxxxx
John you are famous ! Your awesome commentary makes you and your videos a positive standout across social media platforms…❤️
I love seeing your videos. It's amazing how people don't read signs. Disrespectful to the troopers & the horses. I love how you confront while still being nice. Look forward to seeing your next video!
You have no idea how well know you are in the US and here in Texas. Since I took that picture with you two weeks ago and shared it with my live stream family a lot has transpired. I think it was ORMONDE that came in!!
