I got horribly cooked on q2 and like half of q3 right but everything on q1 right so solid 3 💪🏾 (i learned the entire course within two days)

Since this is a set 1 I'm assuming I got form 2- I don't remember doing this in the AP micro exam because I did not see the oligopoly question so :,) Still this is really helpful !! Time for Macro now, good luck guys ! ^^

Hey Mr. Clifford, what happens if you don't draw the graphs side by side in part 1. I scratched out the firm and put it above the market because I ran out of space. Would I only lose the point for showing the firm is a price taker or would I lose all the graph points? Also, if you put the wrong answer in part C will you get points in part D if the answer is consistent? (asking for q1)

I just looked at the released questions, and the test I took was different from both sets, but it was more similar to set 2...?
For 3c I said no cause there was no incentive for them to choose either regardless of the situation at the end

If I drew my first graph in the side-by-side graph too big and put the second underneath but showed that the prices are equal, how many points will I lose?

COOKED. only got one thing wrong and it's because I second guessed myself- I convinced myself there couldn't be two Nash equilibriums smh- anyway the ultimate review packet was super helpful- thanks Clifford

SAME. I spent 5 minutes explaining how there was two and then crossed it out last minute because I thought there could only be one Nash equilibrium
For number 2, part b. When calculating the deadweight loss, I used the wrong triangle but got the same answer. So my calculations would look different. Would I still get the point?
Please give us the answers for set 2 Mr. Clifford im stressing

If for number 1, part bc I said that because Soja operates within a perfectly competitive market structure meaning all goods are perfectly substitutable, so consumers will not buy at a higher price charged when their are numerous alternatives that al charge the same lower prices would that get the point? I don’t think I said price taker explicitly or pricing above the market price

My Econ teacher magically guessed every single frq. He was surprised

In some countries the questions will be completely different and collegeboard as far as i know won't release them. I wrote ap csa last year not in usa and the questions didn't come out from what i saw. That might have been the case for you

For the second frq, I said that deadweight loss was equal to 500, I didn’t but the $ sign. Do you think I got the point off?? Also I said it was a per unit tax but got $10 for the size of the per unit “tax”, would I get both point off or just one??
Idk for sure but I'm pretty sure you could get the $10 point still. My teacher made it seem like forgetting the dollar sign could not matter but it depends on the grader really whether they accept it still or not

how much of actual percent of exam do you need to get correct to get a 3?
It wasn’t ap exam that I did like questions were different in frq at my exam I think that collage board gives different questions to each countries because I had natural monopoly 4:02

I’m still confused on WHY it’s a subsidy - wouldn’t a consumer subsidy just shift the MSB curve ever farther to the right? Why would it affect the MPB curve?
Is this only for national students? I am an international student and my FRQs were not like this?

how many versions are there? my frq was not version 1 or 2 that college board released
What form did you have? They sometimes send out some test forms to experiment that aren't the normal

Personally I found it hard because they tested on so many shaky areas like the relationship between inflation, ExR, and IR....
