Hi Launa, I had the same trouble, but was able to get in...After the error message situation I opened the BenefitsCal login page in a new tab. Whenever I let the auto-fill enter my user/password it would not let me in. However, when I typed the user/password directly in the fields the system accepted it and let me in the site. Hope this helps my dear! I understand how frustrating all of this can be. :)
After figuring out how to link account it was useful seeing my history and every thing all in one place however I did notice once I had an appointment and was approved it still had an upcoming appointment scheduled that I had made prior to getting ahold of my worker..... but now its great can upload everything from mileage, school activity hours, etc.
This system is horrible mess! It won't link me or take my email. I called several times. Still messed up! Weeks now!!!!###
Everytime I try to see about my benefits it's always saying error and call the office I thought that this was supposed to make it easier for clients.
