To an extent i agree that bodyshaming is wrong. But also you should have addressed that being overweight or obese is unhealthy and the reason for most of the chronic diseases the world is facing now. So in the name of " bodyshaming " dont you think there is a part where a lot of toxic positivity is being shared as well? People who are fat are unhealthy, we need to accept this and make them change that because I reiterate obesity is the cause of many life threatening diseases.

Are u a doctor?.I don't know but who told you that she is not taking care of her body. She is not at all promoting obesity. There is a term called "body type"
Not any doctor also will tell that.
      She is empowered.
Not telling ki just eat whatever you want ,lead any kind of nonsense life
      And gain weight.
I think u need to realise or feel a situation before commenting like that.
She is a self made woman, she has her own hard earned money. She obviously has gone to doc
A lot of women are trying to reduce their weight
      Still not working
They have their own depression, anxiety
Which is also a reason behind gaining weight.
So please be kind enough or aware before doing this kind of negative comments.
      I feel this toxic.

@@saonipatra4110 I am not a doctor. I am an obese woman in 30s fighting depression and anxiety AND trying to lose weight because obesity in turn has given me other health issues which need to be taken care of. I know the full scenario inside out as I am into the process and the problem. So just promoting body positivity dialogue WITHOUT any message of how harmful obesity is, is misguiding the audience as per me.

U are trying ,all the best .God bless you.
      She is not trying?
In this entire video where is she promoting obesity?
Biologically we all know what can be happened.
But this video is all about mental strength. Why would people expect medical advice from her?
That's why we have a doctors in our society.
Kar body te ki issue ache actually why he or she can't reduce weight none of us know.
At least we can empower them .

@@saonipatra4110 I think you failed to understand my pov. Or rather I failed to put across my point maybe. I am a PhD student of management at XLRI and I know how marketing people these days are trying to capture this concept of body positivity and make a market for plus size people. They know the trick. They know how the world is moving towards unhealthy practices and sedentary lifestyle and so obesity is the new pandemic. Thus more such positive talks on body shaming are highlighted because it's good for the market, for the brands. Promoting a healthy lifestyle means eating vegetables fruits buying from local fresh markets and obviously brands don't see any profit in that. Hence the mind trick they are playing. Anyway my whole point was to add on some dialogue about how a healthy lifestyle is also important along with being positive about yourself in all senses. You didn't get my point. That's okay. Take care.

@@soumitaghosh6244I really need to tell you that promoting obesity and body positivity are two different thibgs. A real body positive infleunecer never promotes obesity and I am not doing that. This is just an interview where I amswered the questions that I was asked. If you dont follow me how will you kmow what kind of lifestyle do I lead or what do I practice. And please dont blame anxiety and depression on obesity. For your kind information, I am much healtheir than a lot of thin people I know. I eat clean and exercise and I inspire people to do the same. So stop judging someone without knowing them. Thanks

You're very well spoken and conducted the interview with elan but can't say the same about your guest. I didn't understand most of the points she was trying to make, she's not at all articulate. Please bring someone who's truly inspiring and from whom audience can learn something

The questions were answered point to point. It is a life's journey and people who follow me surely understands/gets inspired from it. This is an interview where I am just talking about my life. For you to understand and learn you have to understand my life. I am sure if I wasnt articulated enough then neither famous median houses or pubkication or Sreemoyee wouldn't be interested in interviewing me. I guess I have been well articulated my thoughts to you.
