Thank you for sharing, I found this video most enjoyable. Your hens and rooster are adorable! In the Europe we call them Pekin Bantams, they are so beautiful. From looking at your other videos I observed you also have the 'Millefleur' ( Which is French for a thousand flowers) variety , they are beautiful also. Please do share some more videos of these delightful hens. I have just subscribed, as I have just found your channel. Greetings from Ireland.
Hi John ! Thanks for following along 😊 Yes, you are right. We also have some bantam cochin in the calico colour, a few of them are looking very close to Mille Fleur pattern , yes. I love the Mille Fleur pattern and it will take some work to improve. I will share a video soon of my Calico/Mille Fleur bantam Cochins. Thankyou for sharing your interest 😊
@@corkystephan5073 in Europe and Australia they are known as Pekin bantams and in the US and Canada they call them bantam Cochins. Pekin bantams are named after the city they originating (Peking , now Beijing, China ) and bantam cochins originate from the same place, China so yes , basically the same thing. Although they possibly may breed towards differing characteristics in different parts of the world , as the European standard can vary from the American standard.
They’re so pretty
Thankyou
