@chaosknight9131 - Hackers are running rampant, as always - Devs keep saying dumb tone-deaf shit about the community at large - Community management is in shambles with plenty of abuse and pedophilia to go around (Official forums etc) - They're adding a variety of long requested features and modes... For extremely high cost (Actually hundreds of dollars in some cases for basic QOL) - And probably one hell of a lot more I don't know about, I'm not really in the EFT community but I hear my friends bitching about it in every VC.

SPT and FIKA were so easy to install and get running. After seeing BSG making their own COOP, I figured now was the time to get the files downloaded before they come after them legally. Crazy how modders made a better tarkov experience then live. Highly recommend everyone install SPT via their auto installer, mods are just drag and drop into SPT directiory, FIKA works with little troubleshooting and no desync even with 5 players together or split into teams.
SPT and FIKA is honestly all I wanted tark to be, a "coop stalker" game. With a full upgrade to gunplay, etc. Honestly not having the back thought of "what if there is a sweat around the corner" makes this game so much more enjoyable while modded bots with sain and stuff still provide a great challenge!

Then they suggest these meds and the potential side effects are the fucking worst. Like the list is longer than the symptoms combined with foods i try to avoid
The more I hear Tomato's stories about dealing with modern medical care, the happier I am about never, ever going to a doctor ever again for anything. Fuck that. I'll live or I won't. The symptoms I have are extremely Ulcerative Colitis-adjacent - I literally have basically all of them, lmao - but I just live with it because insurance and doctors are all fucked today. Except for my dentist. Take care of your teeth.
I'd love to see him play this more. I wish your characters didn't have their food and water requirements 10-15x what an average person would need in a day, but this is a lot of fun to watch.

I went through the same thing with crohn's. I still don't know if I have it, they said I had it due to a lack of any evidence as to another condition. Had bad abdominal pain randomly my entire life, went to the doctor due to intestinal bleeding. They wanted me to take an antibiotic that would weaken my immune system. I left. It's a community that's tryhard, obsessive with the game, and knows and abuses all the meta they can that ruin it. Sadly though that's with every pvp game nowadays. Unless it's team fortress 2. That game is only half full of people that think it has to be a competitive e-sport in casual haha.

My 2200 hours of tarkov had me constantly mentally backseating a damn vod. edit: tomato finds the only vanilla shotgun in the game intended for the pistol slot and immediately mistakes i for a mod.
This is the first time I've seen Tomato fabricate hypothetical backseaters and start pre-emptively doing things he believes will piss them off, this and Payday 2
@@JoshuaBernardin-qg9qp idk what setup you're running, man. But I had to install a memory cleaner + I increased the size of my virtual ram to like 20000MB, because of the memory leaks. It runs much smoother now on my 16gb of ram, gtx 1070, and a i5-6700k. Performance suffers inevitably over regular tarkov because the AI is being run on your computer instead of on the server, I do without the looting mods and questing AI mods, because those lower frames even more if the AI is the cause of the bottleneck, which it is likely to be. I still use SAIN and Donuts, there are some mods to help performance you can get too. All in all, a bitch to get running, ngl. But way more fun than multiplayer tarkov by miles.
What tomato said about Battle Royals happened to me too. Took a break from DayZ for a few months, and trying to come back to it makes me a wreck. Why is the human brain so WEAK!
IDK, but if you get some of the top mods, you'll get something similar if not the same or better depending on your tastes. He's basically just using all the popular mods.
That might actually be kind of morally dubious. The Tarkov guys did put a lot of hard work into this game, in spite of their sinful nature, they still deserve some recompense for their venture. 40 bucks will get you the standard edition, you can then, if you want, play it with a gamma case and big stash in SPT. 40 bucks (and not 250) I think is a fair and reasonable price for it, but yes, you will be funding greedy people. A sure downside.
Most hospitals just bill you what they would bill your insurance, and you can usually argue with them and get a WAY more reasonable charge in The United States.

@@JoshuaBernardin-qg9qp idk what setup you're running, man. But I had to install a memory cleaner + I increased the size of my virtual ram to like 20000MB, because of the memory leaks. It runs much smoother now on my 16gb of ram, gtx 1070, and a i5-6700k.
Performance suffers inevitably over regular tarkov because the AI is being run on your computer instead of on the server, I do without the looting mods and questing AI mods, because those lower frames even more if the AI is the cause of the bottleneck, which it is likely to be. I still use SAIN and Donuts, there are some mods to help performance you can get too. All in all, a bitch to get running, ngl. But way more fun than multiplayer tarkov by miles.
They only changed their minds because of them charging for a single player mod now.

That might actually be kind of morally dubious. The Tarkov guys did put a lot of hard work into this game, in spite of their sinful nature, they still deserve some recompense for their venture. 40 bucks will get you the standard edition, you can then, if you want, play it with a gamma case and big stash in SPT. 40 bucks (and not 250) I think is a fair and reasonable price for it, but yes, you will be funding greedy people. A sure downside.
