Gold. I never even knew that site existed, thank you so much Nozi. I wish they would have shown us these things in school, how to avoid good looking scams, what a good roi actually is, it would save so many people from making I'll informed decisions.

Hello Nozi.. Thanks for sharing this valuable information. May I ask if there is limitation wrt contributions, what is the frequency of contributions (monthly or yearly or I can contribute on adhoc basis) and what is their TER or TIR I thank you Pitso
Thanks so much for the easy way u have shared this information for the lay man to understand. General question, for most investments, does investing R10k mean u will only pay that and the insurance and maintenance fees are absorbed by the invester?
Hi just a quick question for clarity say (example could be hemp plants) let's say I invest R1000, so the estimated pay out could be calculated as follows, it will be R1000 +12% or 14% times the 3 years (36 months) ? Since it pays out 1 year, it will be R1000 + 12%(estimated growth) n that will the pay out? Also after a 3 year period, what happens to the asset, do I still have a share in it or will I nolonger have a share on it since the investment would have paid out?
I have a question.. harvesting it's usually twice for many plants on fed group... So the 10% annual interest how do I gain from if ever I deposit the mininum of 1000 if for example the plant is 1000...and investment period is of 5 years. ( how do I earn do I earn monthly or I get my money after 5years).... Is it a compound interest or what can I clarify me

So in most of these investments you earn annually and twice a year
Please go to the website. You'll read the details there
Hi Nozi, what happens to my initial capital when when I lapse the number of investment years required?
Please go to the website and read terms and conditions
Can I use your code to register
I don't have a referral code
Anyone who understands you pay that minimum amount once or p/m
It's up to you.
Assets seem too illiquid though similar to easy properties money is trapped
