@Mr. Saturn I don't get it too. But if anyone mentions a ship between characters everyone seems to get with it xD. Even Shu Takumi made some funny remarks regarding how people considered Phoenix and Edgeworth lovers instead of his intended theme of their power of friendship xD. I really wish Franzy is back though :'(
@Mr. Saturn She did improve a bit. (No longer wanting to avenge her father, just herself. Helping Phoenix in his investigation) but still she really needs more screen time. She was also one of the most charming characters so I don't know why they forgot her. Let's hope she makes a comeback later...
@Mr. Saturn Capcom should make a more direct sequel to the trilogy instead of making a huge time leap between games. I mean come on, Phoenix is 35 years old already?! And Franziska is supposed to be in her late twenties?? I think the next games should be chronologically closer to the setting of the trilogy. And I'm not really a fan of the 3d art style either. Heck even the objection sounds were better in the original trilogy. Sadly the chances of reviving its story arc is pretty slim :'(
