Even this Hadith doesn’t say it’s haram to not do it privately. Baarakallaahu feek for your advice. The correct ruling on this issue that it is disliked and not prohibited. Lastly, this is a smart ring and it is supposed to be worn on that finger. I am therefore wearing for necessity and not as an adornment. If you watch my videos, you will see that I do not wear rings at all.
