This resonates so strongly: the idea of putting children in a box so early with the question, ‘what do you want to be when you grow up?’ It stifles them and doesn’t give them permission to explore and discover the endless possibilities out there.
Oh pleeeease, really? Stifles? How many percent of people work exactly where they said they would when they were little? Almost noone. Mostly this question makes kids dream as most answer (in my country at least) that they want to be a cosmonaut or a president or a teacher, or a writer. What is so bad about it? It's even better when they really aspire for those professions later, as those first desires are usually the truest ones. Sadly, most, when they are adults, forget about what they dreamed about when they were little and choose "stable" professions like management etc.

She is choosing to hit the road with her Book and hitting the talkshow circuit and touring around the country! Is everything thing alright in the Obama household?????????
