You get verbals and gestures because of your reputation, and some Millwall fans want a fight. In this video the main hub of your supporters didn't want a fight they just stood there probably thinking "oh here we go again the monkeys are giving it back" I feel sorry for the real supporters who go to watch the team. David Eade You are absolutely right. I am a Millwall supporter and I am embarrassed by this lot. However, we had 1000 fans there and it was 30 at each end who were the morons. One thing, though, you have to say the Rotherham were giving it big time so they are not without blame here. I also think this was a bit of bravado. If they had wanted to break through there were several points at which they could have easily got through. It's not acceptable behaviour but it wasn't a serious threat to public order.

What i saw was Millwall fans being provoked. Then letting the Rotherham fans know they wouldn't tolerate it without resorting to violence. All this was filmed from the home supporters seating. Give Millwall credit for not doing what the Sun will probably accuse them of.

football has always been over fantasised with the hooligan scene. barely anything happens and you could safely walk around an away teams town in your colours without much fear of anything happening. it used to be bad but the media want to make it look bad to feed of it. nowhere near as bad as poland but families still go there.

Remember seeing Millwall fans do exactly the same at Stoke now (Bet 365 stadium) they broke a few seats chucked them towards the stoke fans, ripped up the netting etc.. come pretty close, give as good as they got to be fair.. give em credit tho, they tried.. brave or just mental am not sure.. only other club to do that at Stoke was Cardiff (Soul Crew) apart from they brought alot bigger firm and they actually did get at the stoke fans.
