I don't know why certain sounds are desynced. I thought I checked it before rendering and it seemed fine to me. My b.
I just think the delayed “Heck yes!” makes it sound like the engineer is in your room talking to you
I also found out by accident that apparently the loose cannon hits the giant like a truck
I love being a Giant Soldier and doing the tank taunt. a few times the enemy team find it funny enough to just let me cap
Bit of info for contract rewards: Certain halloween specific hats that were put into the game during a certain time frame (I think 2012-2014, but please correct me if I am wrong and I’ll edit this) can be crafted after obtaining them from contracts, creating a untradeable but all year round cosmetic.
Non-craftable halloween hats can be transmuted with the soul gargoyle in your inventory. Transmuting three of them gives you a random halloween item that may or may not be a craftable hallo hat. (Be aware that you can only transmute them during scream fortress for some reason)
Repeat this process of contracting, uncrating and transmuting until you have two craftable halloween hats to get an untradeable normal hat with no money spent. Hope this helps.
This is exactly what I do, even got a cool hood out of it this year
I learned of this recently and actually got a Dead of Night. Sure, it is untradeable, but man does it look cool.
After next year or two I feel like I won't be able to complete all Halloween contracts + the impossible difficult objectives. Every year the map pool is increasing with new maps and it's taking longer to complete everything...
Why even bother completing everything? You don't get anything for it.

Finnaly someone realized the soul pain and how fucking slow it is, i don't know why valve made it so slow and i wish it would give you the souls instantly
idea for how you would make crasher better: if you stand in the spot where you become big when there's already a giant, it kills you, either through a hole or something else

Every single year, the worst map for these contracts is Graveyard (because arena). One thing that was nice this year was a lack of bots (only ONE game with more than one on the other team and it ended with them ultimately losing because bots can't path-find in hell.

To resolve the skittles thing: They actually DO taste the same; the aroma they use is identical for all of them, however they do have a different smell to them, which is why you *can* tell them apart, kinda

There wasn't enough dying spells that do 2 damage when you use them in this video. That's my favorite part about Scream Fortress. I am never doing all contracts again.

One time I had to go into the enemy lines to get the gargoyle, then someone killed me a second after I touched it, and I didn't get the souls. I was...not happy.

Also, I found a way to farm souls fast on maps with a decent amount of bomb pumpkins: use demoman and sticky trap each pumpkin using the Scottish resistance.

Not sure how many people know this, but SOME of the Halloween-only untradeable cosmetics you get can be used to re-craft hats, so if you get two halloween-only cosmetics with this attribute, you can make a random normal cosmetic, just untradeable. So there is some value to getting contracts completed. Be sure to check each one you get before you transmute them!

This year had to be the most sweaty year of scream fortress for me, namely this was the first time for being kicked as a flying friendly spy…
I personally prefer to use the Degreaser/Panic Attack combo to force people to the pumpkin bombs for detonation.
Or in soms maps cases with few players, getting a Dead Ringer agreement for the farming.

Hypergon is a good skin and the elite grade while good does not deserve the elite garde (my opinion)
The only appeal Hypergon has is flashy colours and a very basic geometric pattern. Sacred slayer is a genuinely well made and good looking skin, and is far more deserving of the elite grade than all the previous elite grades have been.

I didn't take part in scream fortress last year as well bots mainly, I couldn't be arsed and I was new to the game. Now that I have 230 hours or so experience (wasted time), and I hardly saw bots, I still couldn't be arsed, I was more arsed then last year but I've only done like 9 nine contracts and are not motivated to do anymore, plus you can't sell/trade the cosmetics soooo what's the point.
