edit: Nah, it still asks for symbol. My dad asked my second phone (a Nexus 5x) for replacing his for some time, i gladly gave him my perfect old phone. Now the old man forgot the pin password a disconnected his google account from the phone, and now my back-up phone is unaccessible. It is ridiculous what age can do to smart people. Now my dad has this s*it behaviours, and mum also where they set up accounts and then ask to other people for their password because they forgot. It's fuck**g frustrating.

Yes it is bound to your Google Play Accout. Apps you installed outside of the Google Playaccount will dissapear like eg. Amazon Apps. But if you download the Amazon Appstore you can redownload them through your Account

the apps will have to be installed again but the thingss that you paid for will be still there in ur account so you dont have to pay again
